We are a growing manufacturing company searching for an above-average individual to fill a role in our Shipping/Receiving & Purchasing Department.  A successful candidate will have at least two years of shipping and receiving experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


·         Verifying products to be shipped against packing slip, pack to ensure safe delivery, and confirm delivery method.


·         Identify the best method for carriers on outgoing items.


·         Count, weigh, identify, and record transactions of incoming and outgoing items.


·         Use a computer to generate shipment paperwork (domestic and international) and schedule pickup.


·         Verify the count of received products.

The QA/QC Manager is responsible for delegating and assigning tasks to QA/QC technicians and working closely with related engineering, construction, fabrication, and repair departments.


Duties and Responsibilities


· Manage and oversee Project/Product quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment-specific specifications, and QMS requirements.


· Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.


· Managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operations activities, including:


· Planning duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules;


· Identifying and developing QA/QC personnel, FRP laminators, Secondary bonders, and thermoplastic welder certification requirements and continuing education/training needs;


· Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction of all QA/QC personnel/techs.


· Participate in meetings and product-related discussions
